Seven Candidates Proceed to the Stage of Oral Interviews for the Position of Permanent Secretary

Seven candidates who met the requirements to move on to the third and final stage of the selection process for the appointment of Permanent Secretaries in the Federal Civil Service have been shortlisted for oral interviews, according to the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

This advancement demonstrates the government’s commitment to an open and merit-based hiring procedure, guaranteeing that only the most competent people take on these crucial leadership positions. Prior phases, such as a thorough written test and an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) proficiency test, assessed the shortlisted candidates’ knowledge, abilities, and preparedness to lead at the highest levels of public service.

The administration’s dedication to excellence and fairness in the selection process was reiterated by Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, Head of the Federation’s Civil Service.
