Allan Douglas is an international business and aviation professional with over 19 years of experience in aviation transactions, cross-border operations, and risk management. Throughout his career, he has led complex negotiations, structured multimillion-dollar international transactions, and overseen due diligence and contract frameworks involving aircraft, engines, parts, and strategic partnerships across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
With a legal background and postgraduate training in Civil Law, Allan brings a strong combination of business execution, legal structuring, and risk control to support the company’s expansion, operational resilience, and long-term growth strategy.
In his role as Vice President, Allan will focus on strategic development, international partnerships, and the structuring of secure and scalable operational frameworks for the company’s aviation projects.
