No Advancement Without Peace, PCAN Convener’s New Call for National Unity

.‎.. Demonstrates practical love for the people

‎Boardroom News, Abuja.

‎The Convener of the Presidential Call for Advanced Nigeria (PCAN), Ambassador Prince Jeffrey S. Adaralegbe, has urged Nigerians to embrace unity, peace and positive mindsets as critical tools for building a secure, prosperous and advanced nation.

‎Adaralegbe made the call during an empowerment mission to Kabusa in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, where he presented a message focused on national rebirth, collective responsibility and inclusive development with much practical love sharing, by giving out foods stuff, wrappers to widows and aged women of the community.

‎He said Nigeria’s progress depends largely on the ability of its citizens to promote peace and unity across ethnic, cultural and religious lines, noting that diversity should be seen as strength rather than a source of division.

‎“As a people of positive mindsets, we must run again with the factors of unity and peace, which are key to bringing prosperity and advancement to our dear nation, Nigeria,” he said.

‎According to him, a more secure and prosperous future can only be achieved when Nigerians encourage mutual acceptance, respect and cooperation, regardless of cultural background. He stressed the need for dialogue, collaboration and inclusive spaces where all voices are heard and valued.

‎Adaralegbe explained that healthy conversations among people from different backgrounds would help break stereotypes and build understanding, while collaborative initiatives would create shared experiences and strengthen relationships across cultural lines.

‎He also called on the international community to engage Nigeria through a more citizens-centred collaboration that unites rather than divides the people.

‎“We urge the international community to forge a more robust and citizens-focused collaboration that strengthens Nigerians across board and brings us closer together,” he said.

‎The PCAN convener challenged the media to play a more active role in national cohesion by highlighting stories of inter-ethnic cooperation and debunking negative stereotypes. He equally called on law enforcement agencies and government institutions to uphold impartiality and ensure equitable treatment of all Nigerians.

‎Adaralegbe described the call for an advanced and prosperous Nigeria as a collective responsibility that must be embraced by Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.

‎“The advancement of our great motherland is a vision and a collective aspiration. It should remind us to rediscover our essence, potentials and significance as individuals and as a diverse people in a rapidly changing global community,” he said.

‎He reaffirmed the commitment of PCAN members to remain patriotic ambassadors of peace and unity, stressing that national development requires a change in attitude and narrative.

‎“You do not curse the land and expect her blessings. Let us wake up and together make Nigeria greater,” he added.

‎Adaralegbe explained that the Presidential Call for Advanced Nigeria is a social orientation campaign designed to change the negative public narrative of a non-working Nigeria to that of a patriotic, progressive, caring and citizens-centred nation.

‎He said the initiative seeks to mobilise Nigerians through mass communication, moral and cultural alignment across faiths, and ideological reorientation aimed at repositioning Nigeria for leadership in the comity of nations.

‎“Our mission is to remain the most admired advocates of Nigeria’s advancement and the achievements of Nigerians. Our vision is to see Nigeria take her rightful place of leadership globally,” he said.

‎The event was graced by HRH Samuel Kpowu, Sarki Dakachi Kabusa, Abuja
