The Nigeria’s Civil Service ongoing reform and transformation has been described by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation , Mrs. Didi Esther Wilson-Jack, supernatural.
She added that the public sector’s renewed efficiency and advancement can only be attributed to God.
Wilson-Jack spoke at the 2025 Civil Service Annual Thanksgiving Service at the Family Worship Centre and thanked God for the significant transformations taking place in the Service.
The implementation of policies, structural changes, and the steadfast dedication of civil servants, she said, have demonstrated God’s hand at work during the past year.

She also acknowledged the critical roles that local and foreign development partners play in providing technical assistance, funding, and capacity building.
Additionally, we are incredibly grateful for the commitment and support of our development partners, who have been there for us. Their collaborations serve as a reminder that our efforts are valued internationally and that transforming Nigeria’s civil service is a common goal, she said.
Thanking the Family Worship Centre for hosting the event, the Head of Service praised the church for its dedication to encouraging moral leadership in public institutions.
She asked the congregation to keep praying for the Nigerian Civil Service, hoping that the already-started transformation would continue to deepen and gain strength.
