Legal Luminary and APC Stalwart, Barrister Debo Aderibigbe, KSC has eulogised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his second year in Office just as he applauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON of Kwara State on his 2nd year of his 2nd term in office and his transformational development in six years.

Barrister Aderibigbe, who described President Tinubu as a high achiever, an advocate of true federalism, a die-hard nationalist, an unapologetic reformist, a trailblazer, an astute and resilient administrator; and a man of the people who is taking bold steps at re-engineering the economy of the Nation with his people’s oriented policies and projects for the betterment of Nigerians.

The Legal Luminary & APC Stalwart, who spoke on behalf of Barrister Adebayo Reps Project and Kwara Advancement Forum, noted the various efforts of the present administration to make living comfortable for the people under the Renewed Hope Agenda, which permeates every strata of the socio-economic landscape with remarkable achievements, positive and steady economic development.

He cited a few landmark achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration in two years such as the unprecedented increased Government revenues of over 76 percent in tax revenue without increase in tax rate, more than doubled reduction in revenue to debt ratio from 97 percent in May, 2023 to about 50 percent in February, 2025, total discharge of $3.4billion IMF loan, increased oil production to 1.61million barrels per day which secured two Foreign Direct Investments of $500 million and $5 billion in Final Investment Decisions.

He mentioned the Compressed Natural Gas initiative aimed at powering the transportation sector at reduced costs and major infrastructural projects, including roads, bridges, railways, highways, and coastal highways, for ease of transportation of people and goods.

Barrister Aderibigbe also eulogised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the reforms that his Administration is carrying out in the areas of education with the re-introduction of Students Loan Scheme and History in School curriculum, granting N45,000 financial support to students of Technical Colleges as well as improved facilities in institutions, healthcare initiatives for implementation of various health programmes across the Nation, rehabilitation of over 1,000 health facilities nationwide, agriculture via incentives for farmers & purchase of mechanized farming equipment for food security, housing through the Renewed Hope Cities and Estates for mass housing, youth and women empowerment using the platforms of digital and creative enterprises to create millions of IT and technical jobs.

The Legal Luminary also praised President Tinubu for the Local Government Autonomy for speedy grassroots development to stem the rural to urban migration; and social security to provide effective livelihood support for the citizenry by the release of N570 billion to the 36 States for disbursement to cushion the effect of global economic challenges as it affects the Nation, among numerous achievements in the last 24 months.

Barrister Aderibigbe also congratulated His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, and Mr. Kayode Alabi, on reaching the milestone of six years in office as Governor and Deputy Governor of Kwara State.

He described Governor AbdulRazaq’s tenure
as one characterized by visionary leadership, fiscal prudence, transformational infrastructural projects, and socio-economic development, which benefits are evident across the State.

“His administration’s commitment to improving education, healthcare, and staff welfare, as well as ensuring grassroot development via rural integration, wealth creation through technological innovations, and security of lives and properties within the State, has translated to dynamic economic growth which has significantly uplifted the lives of Kwarans” Barrister Aderibigbe added.

The APC Stalwart said notable achievements of Governor Abdulrazaq includes the recruitment of thousands of teachers, payment of arrears of pensions, enhancement of healthcare facilities, expansion of road networks, the Smart City and Urban Renewal Initiative, establishment of the digital innovation hub, and the implementation of innovative social safety nets programs that promote inclusivity and empowerment for all citizens.

He noted that under his stewardship, Kwara State has witnessed restored fiscal stability, increased revenue generation, and transparent governance that embraces all segments of society – men, women, youths, and persons with disabilities alike.

“His sterling leadership style and administrative prowess have earned national recognition and set new standards for effective governance in Nigeria” he stated.

As Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq marks this significant milestone of 6 years of uninterrupted progression, he prayed
for soundness of health, wisdom, vitality, and prosperity for both President Tinubu and Governor AbdulRazaq to enable them to take Nigeria and Kwara State to greater heights and for the emancipation of the citizenry.

Barrister Aderibigbe called on the people to continue to support the government at all levels, and prayed for the unity, stability and progress of the Country and the federating States especially, Kwara State, in order to enjoy more dividends of democracy through enhanced socio-economic activities birthed by the Renewed Hope Agenda.
